What to do next….

I am torn between trying to go it alone and freelancing, or finding a company to take me on, initially on a temporary basis, providing training and an insight into the business practice. With a view to staying on more permenantly.

What I like doing

I have always enjoyed a more hands on ‘fine art’ approach to things, in particular sculpting.  So i am attempting to encorporate this into my own work and would like to find a job that encorporates this.

Recently I have been combining this style of working into my animation work, concentrating largely on textures and maquettes, within Max and stop motion.  This can often bring an interesting style and much more depth to my work.  I would very much like to pursue this further!

I also have a strong preference to seeing a job through from the start to the finish, with a large input of both my own ideas and a contribution from other creatives within a team.

Job Browsing

I have been spending lots of time browsing through various job search engines on the internet.  Doing general searches to see whats out there and also refining these searches to a sensible commutable area in and around Oxfordshire.
